New Features/Additions:

New Advanced Feature Added to Sharingan Focus once you reach a certain Sharingan Mastery(I'm going to keep what it is secret, but it's pretty cool)*

Wandering Kisuke is now viewable at all times(Auto set as a contestant after reboots)*

New Set of Water Icons done by the Admin Kyrie(These are still a WIP!!)*


Buffs/Nerfs:

Raikyuu's Trails now linger around slightly longer and delete at different times making it an interesting jutsu to change the battlefield*

Jibashi now ticks slightly faster*

Raiton Armor lowers the chance of getting stunned now in addition to it already reducing the amount of Stun gained*

Lowered the effectiveness of Like A stone passive against Raiton's unwanted movement(only costs 4 Elemental points to become near completely resistant from Raiton's movement change? No)*

Dai Endan, Housenka Tsumabeni, and Gouenkyuu given more handseals*

Magma and Blue Fire Nerfed(Now that people are having on average 35-40 Capacity..yeah..*

Ketsueki Seal One now deactivates when there is a sudden change in the blood(When they get hit by vitality damage)*

Meld Wire:*
-The drain is now based on how long the wire is

Insect Storm*:
-Besides the fact that it was finally fixed after a year and a half
-Bugs drain less and are given varying speeds(This looks really cool now, because it's not just one tile of bugs, but multiple ones chasing after you)
-Bugs have varying health(So that way when you do an attack, some will die, while others will remain alive, instead of all dying at once)

Raikiri Wolf Targetting Version buffed slightly in damage and the chance of The targetted version stunning increased*

Suiken Passive description changed(It never even worked properly in the first place, now it is, and now it greatly increases your chance to dodge close ranged techniques while drunk)*

Satou Shield Passive description changed(No longer requires armor, this passive wasn't even working anyways, but since I fixed it now, might as well change this part since I heard it wasn't working also)*

Raiton Tornado:*
-Being in Raiton Tornado while having Doton Armor activated now deactivates the Doton Armor
-Given a slight increase in Chakra Drain

64/128 Palms now set your charge to zero when activating the Technique(Thanks Zhxi)*
-Description changed now when activating, telling you to start charging up

Electromagnetic Impalation(Old Gian) buffed in Damage and Stun amount*

Flower Techniques:*
-Flower Shuriken given higher handseals and a higher chakra drain
-Flower Shuriken now shoots out less Shurikens in general
-Flower Shuriken nerfed in Damage
-Venus Fly Trap given Handseals and given a higher chakra drain
-Venus Fly Trap now dissapears quicker and is easier to struggle out of now(It was literally harder to struggle out of this than Kyuu..)

Ketsueki Feast now eats slower(Was ticking every 1/10 a second, changed it to 3/10 a second)*

Jinton Genkai Hakuri has recieved a damage nerf in terms of how much stamina it does*

Mind Transfer should no longer go past the three second rule*

Spinning Wind:*
-Given an Increase in Chakra Drain and slightly longer handseals
-Blocking will now help you resist the push
-The distance between you and your opponent now plays a much more drastic affect in the duration of this technique

Daibakufu/Waterfall Jutsu now has it's push back altered to be more similar to Katon Endan, so you can't just walk out of it anymore*

Village Morale Requirements for Rock Flurry have been cut in half to 75 Village Morale instead of 150*

Chou Goukakyuu Removed for Performance and Balance(People probably already noticed this by now but I thought I would post it regardless)*

Fear Of Projectiles:*
-Fear of Projectiles now auto deactivates once you apply Doton Armor
-Fear Of Projectiles Genjutsu should now properly end once the caster is struck(This needs to be tested, but I hope it works)
-Fear Of Projectiles Genjutsu should now be able to be properly Gen Kai'd(Standard Genjutsu Kai formula applies)


Shadow Clones can no longer use Nano Techniques(Zhxi told me some pretty ridiculous combos with this..)*

Water Sharks can no longer be used with Byakugan Watch

Reduced the amount of Burn that Katon Shuriken gives and given an increase in chakra drain

Raiton Touei given a reduced Jutsu cooldown(Maybe 2-3 minutes was way too much..)

Musical Ninjutsu should no longer work on a koed person

Cursed Seal Of Paralysis is now easier to escape(I heard this was super difficult to escape)

Health Packs buffed by the amount they heal

Inuzuka C Speed now has a stamina drain and now requires the user to be Running

Jyuuken's stun chance reduced

Raiton Dragon and Nagashi can no longer be used at the same time

Escaping Skill now escapes melded wires on the first try(Since it doesn't cost two now, escaping a melded wire does however cost chakra)

Taijutsu Style Changes:
-Tea Style Changes:
-Now does more damage but a slightly longer cooldown on techniques(A harder hitting Taijutsu Style, at the cost of lengthy jutsu cooldowns and hard to land techniques)

-Leaf Tai Style Changes:
-Now does less damage but has shorter cooldowns(A medium damaging taijutsu style with short jutsu cooldowns, allowing the user to barrage the enemy with attacks)


Tachi, the weakest Tier 2 Sword Buffed:
-Now stuns the highest out of all the tier 2's
-Now has the highest chance to critical hit

Bug Fixes:

Bug fixed with Cursed Seal's willpower drain while active*

Bug fixed with Raiton Dragon's Lightning Trails not properly stunning and damaging at times*

Bug fixed with Heaven Cursed Seals boost*

Bug fixed with players weight not automatically updating*

Bug fixed with some Raiton jutsu not actually getting the yotsuki's reduced chakra cost if you're Yotsuki*

Bug fixed with Satou's Effects of Drinking Passive it now properly causes you to run whlie drunk as it wasn't working previously*

Bug fixed with Satou's Suiken Passive, it should actually work now*

Bug fixed with Satou's Suiken Passive giving the Satou free 3/3 Reflex even when you weren't drunk*

Bug fixed with Satou's Shield Passive*

Bug fixed with Aburame's Insect Storm that was causing the Insects to get weaker by 75% strength every second(This has been a bug for over a year and a half, finally figured it out)*
-Don't be surprised if this jutsu ends up being either incredibly underwhelming or incredibly overwhelming, since it's just now working

Bug fixed with Drinking sometimes being able to be broken out of with jutsu*

Bug fixed with a few issues pertaining to Missions(Thanks Zhxi)*

Bug fixed with a few certain techniques allowing the usage of charging chakra again while holding up Ice Mirrors*

Bug fixed with Hoshigakis and Ketsuekis being able to keep their boosts on a lot longer when they shouldn't have had them on(Thanks Zhxi)*

Bug fixed with Ant Lion not telling the person captured when they properly escape via struggle*

Bug fixed with Rebirthed characters not getting the proper amount of Stamina and Chakra*

Bug fixed with Ten Year olds being affected by Genjutsu*

Bug fixed with one of Wandering Kisuke's spawn points being nearly unreachable*

Bug fixed with Artificial Original Kubikiri Houchou's BloodLust technique healing the user when killing simplified NPCs*

Bug fixed with charging Rasengan and Chidori/Raikiri when Rasengan/Chidori/Raikiri had already failed(Thanks Zhxi, this was probably a bug for years)*

Bug fixed with Katon Endan and Waterfall/Daibakufu pushing the user and causing a wierd movement bug to occur swhen the user awoke from being knocked out*

Bug fixed with Fear Of Projectiles Genjutsu being able to be used/continue to be used while the caster was knocked out*

Bug fixed with Kabuto telling you if you were able to acquire Cursed Seal before you even had the requirements for it*

Bug fixed with AoE Blizzard Genjutsu stacking multiple blizzard tiles on top of one another(This needs to be checked, not sure if fixed fully)*

Bug fixed with Fire Cursed Seal not having the increase in range that targetting gives when players attempt to run off the screen(This needs to be tested, as I'm not fully sure if this works still)*

Bug fixed with Fire Cursed Seal not causing the reduction in willpower damage they receive once it's activated*

Bug fixed with Clone Technique and Fire Cursed Seal that was causing basic clones to still cause those with Fire Cursed Seal Activated to lose target sometimes*

Bug fixed with Murdering Crows and Fire Cursed Seal that was causing those with Fire Cursed Seal Activated to still lose targets*

Bug fixed with Murdering Crows and Fire Cursed Seal that was causing Crows to not remove target from people*

Bug fixed with Passive Orbs becoming unusable upon selecting cancel in some menus when using one of them*

Bug fixed with no message being displayed to the user when Ant Lion is done/deactivated*

Bug fixed with Nikudan Sensha pushing away NPC's

Bug fixed with Nikudan Sensha not giving an endurance boost like it's supposed to(This has been a bug since this jutsu was ever made)

Bug fixed with people without doujutsu not being able to genjutsu kai area over effect genjutsu when they should be able to

Bug fixed with Ion not teaching the Area Versions of Blizzard and Darkness under certain conditions

Bug fixed with Age Ten Immunity Ninja being able to capture the hidden ninja scroll

Bug fixed with Akimichi's Bubun Baika(Partial Expansion/Fists) working on people while knocked out and through 3 second rule

Bug fixed with Akimichi's not being able to continue eating when earning the Ingestion passive(It does however have a cap of 100000 calories, but that should be very difficult to reach)

Bugs fixed all around with the new Katon System(This is going to take a lot of work)

Bug fixed with Windmill Clone Attack not deleting if it hit a wall(This is still a WIP)

Bug fixed with escaping a Venus Fly Trap causes you to always be able to escape them

Bug fixed with Hand of Nature not properly deleting

Bug fixed with Grass-Knot jutsu not properly unbinding people as it gets destroyed

Bug fixed allowing you to Cursed Seal of Paralysis someone while they were struggling and reset their struggle

Bug fixed allowing shunshin to be used while holding up Doton Column Spikes

Miscellaneous:

Stunned Status symbol now goes away exactly when you're unstunned(Not a moment sooner or later like it currently does)*

Satou's Suiken passive reworded and given a better description*

Yomi Numa's nice mud edges are back and much better performance wise*

Lag Fixes done for the following:
-Kyomou Particle Field
-Sabaku Sand Field
-Mud River
-Mizurappa
-Shadow Possession
-Some Behind the scenes Icon stuff

Reborn i would like to report one lag bug if you put wires betwen beds and hit them whit c2 it makes whole server lag just to know
thats because wires continue to move and stack on that tile, creating soooooo many wires.

Also the attachments that supposedly makes puppets take more dmg before being destroyed dont seem to effect it, i hit a point where i got a message that says something along the lines of you gotta find other ways of increasing this puppets etc any further, i took it as maybe some sort of secret but i think its just some sort of secret but couldnt find anything so im assuming its just unfinished
